-  No smoking.

- Checkin 4:00 pm. and checkout 11:00 am. Flexible checkin/checkout if the chalet is not rented before or after.

-Rate per night is based on 12 guests.

-Additional guests (up to 18) will be accepted at $25 per person, per night.

-Discounts offered for additional nights exceeding the minimum stay

4 nights minimum in effect for:

(New Years, March Break, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

3 nights minimum:

(All dates excluding the 4 day minimum referenced above)

The price is inclusive of all taxes and includes up to six hours of cleaning upon departure. Addional cleanning in excess of 6 hours will be charged at $40 per hour.
