Lower Level

-    The L-shaped games room/media room has a home theatre (12’ by 13’) and a games room section (28’ by 11’).  The room has a pellet stove (to keep things nice and cozy), a pool table with a ping-pong top, a foosball table, assorted board games, a 65" high-definition TV with surround sound, DVDs and a player.

-    Bedroom #5  (14’ by 15’), located in the northeast corner, is above grade and has a large window facing  into the garden. It has a queen size bed and a daybed with a trundle.

-    Bedroom #6 (15’ by 15’), located in the southeast corner, is above grade and has a large window facing into the garden. It has a queen size bed and a double futon with a twin upper bunk.

-    Under the stairs, there is a play house and kitchen

-     There is a bathroom with a sink and a toilet.

-    The cold room/beer room has an extra fridge for storage and miscellaneous kitchen appliances, serving items and pots.
